OUR AUDIENCE: this web site designed for fish experts, high-tech promoters and advisors, potential partner companies, corporation or private investors,  and fisheries agencies.   

 This proposal is based on unique techniques evolved by Dr. Vasilkov and other scientists over the last 15 years. No one scientist in the World did such unique and wide R&D in this field like Dr. Vasilkov did. His computer programs and techniques were well tested and the best. We have identified potential sources of sales and estimated revenue from those sources for various types of products. The estimates show that the total number of potential consumers could be several thousand. Gross revenues were estimated about $150 million. According to our computations such products as the equipment, customization, image libraries and their maintenance can bring the greatest revenue.
